Do my customers need an account to book?

No. They can book as a guest with a name and mobile number and manage the booking later through a secure link.

How does payment work?

Payment is made directly to the service provider using the agreed method; the platform does not receive any money.

Does the platform support Arabic and English?

Yes. The interface and booking pages are available in Arabic and English with full right-to-left support.

Can the same time be booked twice?

No. A time is held when selected and capacity is re-checked at confirmation to prevent double booking.

Can I approve bookings before they are confirmed?

Yes. Each service can be set to instant booking or to requests that need your approval.
