Content Reporting and Removal Policy

Last updated 2 November 2026

This policy explains how to report content published on the Hjzak platform (hjzak.com), how we handle reports, and the rights of a business whose content is removed. The platform is operated by alfa iks 10 lilteknulujia Establishment (Commercial Registration No. 7051628134; National Address: Building 6292, Saeed Ibn Qais St., Ar Rabiyah Dist., Additional No. 2207, Postal Code 36325, Al Uyun, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; short address FOJB6292), a Saudi sole proprietorship. The platform displays content uploaded by businesses, such as photos and service descriptions. We do not review it in advance, and rely on reports and on removal once we know. This policy applies to all content uploaded by subscribing businesses and forms part of the Terms of Use. Our team handles reports and counter-notices and applies the repeat-infringer measures and temporary suspensions manually, communicating about them by email, and not through an automated flow.

Who may report

Anyone may report content they believe is in breach, including:

  • A rights holder or their representative, regarding content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  • A person whose image or data appears without their permission.
  • Any user or visitor, regarding content that is contrary to public order, misleading or abusive.

Reports are made through the "Report content" page on the platform. The reporter does not need to be a subscriber.

A complete report

We treat a report as complete if it contains the following:

  • Identification of the reported content sufficient to locate it, such as the page or the business that owns the content and a description of where it appears.
  • The reason for the report: which right or law the content breaches in the reporter's view.
  • If the report concerns copyright or intellectual property: a description of the protected work, a statement of the reporter's capacity as rights holder or representative, and information that helps verify this.
  • The reporter's name and a valid means of contact.
  • A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that the report is made in good faith, given electronically by ticking the box provided, without a signature.

If a report is incomplete we ask the reporter to fill the gaps, and the processing period starts only when the complete report is received.

Processing time

On receiving a complete report, we look at it and decide within 48 working hours of receiving it. If the report appears well founded, we remove the content or disable access to it, and then notify the reporter and the business of the decision.

This period is a policy that we commit to ourselves. It is not a statutory text attributed to any regulator. Working hours means the hours of working days from Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays.

If a report appears unfounded on its face, we reject it and tell the reporter why, and the reporter may provide further information.

We notify the business that owns the content of the removal, its reason, and its right to submit a counter-notice.

Immediate removal of content contrary to public order

We remove immediately, without waiting for a report and without prior notice, any content we know to be contrary to public order, religious values or public morals, or that violates the sanctity of private life, or anything else criminalized by the Anti-Cyber Crime Law.

We may also remove or disable any content immediately on our own decision if we suspect a breach in a way that makes harm likely, provided we notify the business and review our decision if it objects.

We bear no liability to the business for removing content in good faith under this policy. This does not prevent the business from submitting a counter-notice.

We may refer content that breaches the law to the competent authorities where the law requires.

Counter-notice

A business whose content was removed may submit a counter-notice within 10 working days of our notifying it of the removal, by email to [email protected]. There is no automated counter-notice form, and our team considers it manually. The counter-notice includes:

  • Identification of the content that was removed.
  • The reasons the business believes the removal was wrong, and what shows that it owns the rights in the content or is authorized to use it.
  • The business's name and a means of contact.
  • A declaration that the information is accurate.

We pass the counter-notice to the reporter and give the reporter 10 working days to show that they have taken formal action, such as a lawsuit or a report to a competent authority. If they do not show this within the period, we may restore the content, unless it is contrary to public order.

We decide on the counter-notice within 5 working days of the end of the reporter's period and notify both parties. The content stays removed if we believe its presence would expose us or others to harm, or if the counter-notice is incomplete.

We do not decide ownership of rights between the parties, and our decision does not replace a ruling of a court or competent authority.

Repeat infringer policy

A confirmed violation is every removal of a business's content following a report that was not overturned by a successful counter-notice, or an immediate removal under Section 4. For each business, within any period of 12 months, we apply the following:

  • First confirmed violation: a written warning.
  • Second confirmed violation: suspension of the account or of the ability to upload content for 14 days.
  • Third confirmed violation: termination of the subscription and deletion of the account under the Terms of Use.

We may terminate an account immediately, without going through the warning, for a serious violation, such as publishing content criminalized by law or deliberately infringing rights.

Our team counts each business's confirmed violations manually, and warnings, temporary suspension and termination are carried out by its manual decision and communicated by email, and not by an automated mechanism.

Termination of an account for a violation does not entitle the business to a refund of subscription fees paid, and the business may request a copy of its data by email to [email protected] under the data processing agreement unless the law prevents it.

We derive no direct financial benefit from infringing activity, and we remove anything shown to be such.

False reports

A reporter must submit their report in good faith with accurate information. Anyone who submits a report they know to be false or misleading, or who repeats unfounded reports intending to harm a competitor or a business, will:

  • Have the report rejected and the rejection recorded.
  • Receive a written warning on the first false report.
  • After three false reports within 12 months, have later reports treated with lower priority and be asked for additional documents to accept them, without our ignoring content that is contrary to public order.
  • If a subscriber, have the false report counted as a breach of the Terms of Use to which the policy in Section 6 applies.
  • Face our reserved right to take legal action against anyone who causes harm to a business or to the platform by a false report.

Rights acknowledgment on upload

When uploading any image, the business declares that it owns the rights in it or is authorized to use it, and that it does not infringe the rights or privacy of others. The business is responsible for what it publishes and indemnifies the platform against claims arising from its breach of this declaration, under the Terms of Use.

Contact, changes to the policy and language

To report, use the "Report content" page on the platform. To ask about a decision or to submit a counter-notice, email [email protected].

We may amend this policy, and publish the amended version on the platform with the date of the last amendment.

This document is written in both Arabic and English, and if they differ, the Arabic text prevails. The document is shown in both languages together, and acceptance is recorded on a single bilingual version.
